CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen and we value the opportunity to serve you. To respect everyone’s time and ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. For same day cancellations, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of service may be applied at our discretion. However, if you reschedule within the same week, this fee can be applied as a credit toward your next service at checkout.
